We offer a 24-month warranty, subject to its terms and conditions. Our team helps both before purchase and after your order arrives, from configuration questions to support if you need to report a problem.

If you need professional assembly, you can use our external installation partner, Home Flatpack. Booking, payment and assembly are arranged directly with the partner, subject to their terms and availability.
