The packages need to be numbered in chronological order. So that the first box has the instructions and accessories in it. Otherwise you have to open 7 large boxes in potentially a confined space.
Also the instructions need to be reviewed as the metal bar is added on one of the last pages. This for me logically should be prior to wall mounting. So they can be fixed from the top using a screwdriver.
Quality ? Wooooowwwww !!! I got different height measurement 240cm was not for my room just with 5cm . They made it 235cm product just for me, and suppose to take moreee than the expected delivery day, but actually they delivered even before. Amazing customer support service, amazing team, amazing product. Thanks for Mr. Bart, Sales Manager, thanks for the team working behind of it. I will be ordering more and more for my new house. Deserve the money.

This is a quality piece of furniture. The company was great with communication and driver from this company was very helpful and professional. I would highly recomment this murphy bed and purchasing any other furniture from them.
Communication was excellent, the product is strong, and laminate does split or crack when assembly is done (around the locking pins). Instructions aren't the best, and panels are not numbered, but after a short review, you can work it out easy enough. As someone with a very severe sleep disorder, buying a mattress online was a risk. I took a leap of faith and im releieved i did. The first night, I used the mattress on a solid floor without a bed frame expecting a tough night but i was blown away by the comfort level. I have zero regrets and would recommend this mattress over my previous (Simba) mattress. Its a fraction of the cost, i can sleep on my side or my back comfortably. Very very happy!

The customer service was exceptional throughout. From the sales with Bart to the Delivery from Pablo. I can't remember the last time i felt i was buying from passionate people, not just a company.
Finally the bed... I was very surprised at how great the quality is! The bed is absolutely solid and the mattress is extremely comfortable (i have a very severe sleeping disorder and im very impressed!) The mattress feels very similar to a good quality hotel bed (not a cheap chain). I rarely write reviews but I felt I had to show my appreciation! Thank you guys!
