BELLY Upholstered Bed – Sculpted Comfort for Your Bedroom

Give your bedroom a soft, confident centrepiece with the New Elegance BELLY upholstered bed. Its deeply padded, segmented headboard and matching upholstered base create a cosy look, while the raised legs keep the silhouette balanced. Choose the sleeping size and whether you want extra storage beneath the mattress.

Choose Your Configuration

Choose a sleeping area of 140 × 200 cm, 160 × 200 cm or 180 × 200 cm. The corresponding overall bed widths are 160 cm, 180 cm and 200 cm. Each size is available with or without an under-bed storage compartment. Simply choose your preferred colour in the product configurator, and your BELLY bed will be upholstered in the matching fabric.

With Storage – STANDARD L53 Metal Frame

The storage version includes the STANDARD L53 metal lift-up frame in its price. Its 40 × 30 mm frame has an additionally reinforced centre beam. Gas struts attach the frame to the bed body; their strength is selected to suit the bed width and mattress weight, helping you lift the mattress to reach the storage space. The storage base is a securely fitted 10 mm laminated chipboard panel with ventilation holes to help air circulate.

The lift mechanism is fastened to plywood mounting strips with four screws on each side. Wooden 40 × 30 mm side supports hold the frame in place.

Without Storage

The version without storage has a wooden bed frame with a reinforced centre beam, two technical support legs and 40 × 30 mm wooden side battens to support the bed base. It does not have the storage compartment or the STANDARD L53 lift-up metal frame described above.

Construction

The upholstered bed body is made from laminated chipboard (approximately 44 mm), a layer of foam and the selected fabric. Its structure is assembled with 32 screws, eight at each corner of the bed body.
