Customizable Genius Comfort Murphy Bed with Sofa 140 x 200 cm – Cashmere

Genius Comfort Murphy Bed with Sofa – Cashmere, 140 × 200 cm

More room to relax during the day, a comfortable sleeping space at night. The Genius Comfort vertical Murphy bed helps you make the most of a studio, compact bedroom or guest room without giving up a full-size bed. Designed for a 140 × 200 cm mattress, this version with a sofa is available exclusively with a matching Cashmere cabinet and front, with gas-assisted opening and gravity-operated legs. A movable upholstered panel can be added in the configurator.

Coordinated Cashmere Finish

This version with a sofa is available exclusively in Cashmere, with a matching cabinet and front for a coordinated, single-colour finish.

The starting price includes the Murphy bed and sofa. The price is the same whether you choose slim 4 cm or wide 14 cm sofa armrests. The movable upholstered panel, wardrobes and additional furniture are optional extras and are not included in the starting price.

Configure Your Furniture Set

Use the configurator to choose your sofa armrest width, add the movable upholstered panel and select its colour. The bed cabinet and front are available in Cashmere only. You can also select additional wardrobes or chests of drawers to create a furniture arrangement that suits your room and storage needs. The panel and additional furniture are paid extras, not included with the bed as standard.

Choose Your Sofa Armrest Width

This version combines the Genius Comfort vertical Murphy bed with a sofa. Choose between slim 4 cm armrests and wide 14 cm armrests in the configurator.

• 4 cm slim armrests: any wardrobe or shelving unit from the Genius collection can be placed directly beside the Murphy bed.
• 14 cm wide armrests: only an open shelving unit (GS-RP), a closed 45 cm 3D wardrobe (GS-SZ-3DP-Z-45), an open 45 cm 3D wardrobe (GS-SZ-3DP-O-45), or an LED shelving unit (GS-RE-LED) may be placed directly beside the Murphy bed. Other wardrobes and the shelving unit with a pull-out desktop must be positioned further along, beyond one of these compatible units. Placing them directly beside the bed will prevent their doors or pull-out desktop from opening.

Important: when choosing the 14 cm armrests, use one of the compatible units listed above between the Murphy bed and any other wardrobe or shelving unit with a pull-out desktop. Apply this rule on either side where you add neighbouring furniture.

The Sofa

The sofa provides a place to sit and relax during the day. Choose slim 4 cm armrests for an overall sofa width of 157 cm, or wide 14 cm armrests for an overall sofa width of 177 cm. Both versions have a seat height of 49 cm, an overall height of 88 cm and a seat depth of 62 cm. These measurements refer to the sofa, not the Murphy bed cabinet.

Comfort for More Than Sleep

The movable upholstered panel, available at an additional cost through the configurator, creates a soft backrest for reading, watching a film or relaxing before bed. Choose its colour in the configurator to personalise the look of your furniture set.

Practical Everyday Operation

When closed, the bed forms a cabinet just 50 cm deep, freeing up floor space for everyday living and relaxation. Gas struts assist opening and closing, while the gravity-operated legs unfold automatically as the bed opens, removing the need to position them manually.

Minimum ceiling height: 228 cm. The bed is 223 cm high and requires an additional 5 cm of clearance above it for opening and closing. Check your ceiling height before ordering.

Genius Comfort has no integrated desk option.
